The world's first medical retreat centre dedicated to Dr Thomas Seyfried 's groundbreaking Press-Pulse Protocol : A non-toxic, mitochondrial metabolic approach to managing cancer and other chronic diseases. Combining peer-reviewed science with holistic and functional medicine all in a tranquil setting ripe for  healing.       "No tumour cell can survive in the absence of glucose and glutamine ".     The Press-Pulse Protocol  targets the unique metabolic vulnerabilities of cancer with precision. Since the body converts protein into g lucose and glutamine, dietary restriction of these nutrients alone isn't enough. The  approach blocks cancer's access to these critical fuel sources in synergy with other non-toxic therapies offered at our clinic.  The result? A powerful strategy not just for managing cancer and chronic disease but boosting mitochondrial metabolic function, overall health and lifespan. What is Press-Pulse? ...

God's Prescription for Healing

BRAVE NEW START

B=Benevolence towards others: Focus on helping others instead of yourself and your illness, experience the pure joy and passion of doing something you love or worthwhile. Practicing your calling supercharges healing. It's a deep reframing of self. Moving out of the passive illness identity and into purpose-driven agency. It's about reclaiming life through meaningful contribution, channeling passion and calling that helps others and heals the self.

R=Rise and sleep with the sun: Morning sun exposure activates mitochondrial melatonin production (a major anti-oxidant). Blackout room at night activates melatonin from the penial gland.

A=Air: Lots of fresh air: Room air is toxic (causes tumours to grow). .Always leave your window open for air exchange

V=Vibration: Inner and connection to earth's vibration (Schumann resonance): Grounding (normalizes) blood viscosity and anti-oxidation. Visualization of good health. Vagus nerve stimulation : humming etc.switches on parasympathetic nervous system (relaxation & healing system). Avoid non-native EFM.

E=Exercise: Especially after meals. Moves lymph (the body's sewage system). Moves blood sugar away from cancer: Muscles grab sugar when used and don't share with cancer cells.

N=Nutrition: Organic pescatarian, as close to freshly picked as possible (the living eco-system): Choose living food over cooked, packaged dead food devoid of enzymes. Minerals: Potassium, Magnesium, Sodium etc. B-Vitamins

E=Energy: Flows where attention goes - negative thought patterns constantly draw from our available life force.

W=Water: clean (no halogens: fluoride, chloramine etc). Energized: hydrogen water. Structured water in plants. Lots of it. Deuterium depleted water

S=Stress reduction: Physical, emotional, psychological. Degrades the immune system. Deplete *B vitamins essential for OXPHOS and ATP production (Energy). Sun exposure daily: direct not behind glass, glasses or sunscreens

T=Temperance: Avoid anger, automatic negative thoughts (ANTs), toxins, alcohol, smoking, drugs

A=Attitude of Gratitude: Focus on things you have and are good in your life, not the things you don't have or are bad.

R=Respiration: Deep slow, through your nose. Breath work. Relaxation, Meditation.

T=Trust in God and your inner knowing: Pay attention to insights from consciousness

* Importance of B vitamins to mitochondrial function and energy production:

  • Vitamin B1 (Thiamine): Essential for glucose metabolism, thiamine aids in converting carbohydrates into energy. It also supports nerve function and cognitive health.
  • Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin): Involved in redox reactions, riboflavin helps generate ATP by participating in the electron transport chain.
  • Vitamin B3 (Niacin): A key player in the production of NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), niacin is critical for cellular respiration and energy transfer.
  • Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid): Integral to coenzyme A (CoA) synthesis, which is necessary for fatty acid metabolism and the Krebs cycle.
  • Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine): Supports amino acid metabolism and neurotransmitter synthesis, indirectly influencing energy levels and cognitive function.
  • Vitamin B7 (Biotin): Plays a role in gluconeogenesis, allowing the body to produce glucose when carbohydrate intake is low.
  • Vitamin B9 (Folate): Involved in DNA synthesis and cell division, folate indirectly affects energy production by supporting red blood cell formation.
  • Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin): Essential for red blood cell production and neurological function, vitamin B12 prevents anemia, which can contribute to fatigue.

Dr. Kelly Turner observed Nine things people have in common with radical  remissions from cancer:

  • Radically changing your diet.
  • Taking control of your health.
  • Following your intuition.
  • Using herbs and supplements.
  • Releasing suppressed emotions.
  • Increasing positive emotions.
  • Embracing social support.
  • Deepening your spiritual connection.
  • Having strong reasons for living.
